What is THE 1?

THE 1 is an all-in-one student workspace. Instead of keeping your timetable in a calendar app, your notes in a document, your homework in a to-do list and your revision in a notebook, everything lives in one calm interface that fits the way a term actually runs. It opens in your browser, works without an account, and saves your workspace on your own device.

The goal is not to add another app to your week. It is to remove three or four of them, so that the notes you take in a lecture are already sitting next to the deadline they relate to and the revision session you have scheduled for them.

Who it is for

High school, sixth form, college and university students juggling several subjects at once — especially anyone balancing study with work, catching up after falling behind, or trying to build a revision habit that survives past the first fortnight.

How it works

A short setup adds your subjects and weekly classes. From there, your Today view shows what is on and what is due. You capture notes during class, log homework as it is set, and mark topics for revision as you go. Practice questions can be generated from your own notes, and the AI Tutor answers questions using your workspace as context rather than starting from nothing.

Main features

  • Timetable — your weekly classes in one view, so study time is planned against the week you actually have.
  • Notes — a rich editor with blank, ruled, grid and checklist styles, with autosave and search across everything.
  • Homework — capture tasks, set priorities and track them through to completion without losing deadlines.
  • Revision — focused sessions built around retrieval practice and spaced review, with weaker topics resurfacing sooner.
  • Quizzes — practice questions and flashcards generated from your own notes rather than generic question banks.
  • AI Tutor — a study assistant that explains concepts and works through problems using your notes as context.
