Why exams feel threatening

In the weeks before
Simulate the conditions you fear. Sit whole papers at the time of day the real exam happens, without notes, without pausing, with the same materials you will be allowed. The point is not just practice; it is teaching your nervous system that this situation is familiar and survivable.
